"Acceptance of Terms"
By using our services, including our website and booking platform, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
"Booking and Payments"
All bookings must be made through our Mobile Applications, official website, email, or phone. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your spot for the trip. Full payment must be received 2 days before the trip date. If payment is not made in time, we reserve the right to cancel your booking. Prices are subject to change prior to booking confirmation.
"Cancellation Policy"
Customer Cancellations: More than 14 days before the trip: Full refund minus a 10% processing fee. 7-14 days before the trip: 50% refund. Less than 7 days before the trip: No refund. Company Cancellations: If we need to cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, safety concerns), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
"Travel Requirements"
Travelers are responsible for ensuring they meet all local travel requirements, including identification, permits, and health regulations. We are not liable for any losses or delays caused by a traveler’s failure to comply with travel regulations.
"Liability"
While we strive to provide safe and enjoyable travel experiences, Exploria is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, illness, or loss of personal property during the trip. Our liability is limited to the value of the trip booked.
"Trip Changes"
We reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary, trip dates, or pricing due to weather, safety concerns, or other factors beyond our control. We will notify you of any significant changes as soon as possible. If a significant change is made, you may choose to accept the change, switch to another trip, or cancel and receive a refund.
"Behavior and Conduct"
We expect all travelers to behave respectfully towards other group members, guides, and locals. We reserve the right to remove any traveler from the trip for disruptive, dangerous, or illegal behavior, without refund.
"Photography and Media"
By participating in our trips, you agree to allow Exploria to use any photos or videos taken during the trip for promotional purposes, unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing prior to the trip.
"Force Majeure"
Exploria is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, or transportation disruptions.
"Governing Law"
These policies are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction of India.
