Participants engaging in disruptive behavior, including alcohol consumption, will be promptly removed from the event without refund. Transport arrangements are the responsibility of the individual.
Littering, smoking, and alcohol consumption are prohibited during treks. Designated times and areas will be provided for alcohol consumption.
In the event of an event cancellation by Exploria, full refunds will be issued to participants. Participants are advised to arrive at least 20 minutes prior to the event venue to ensure timely departure.
Exploria reserves the right to refuse admission to any participant without providing a reason. By using our Website, participants agree to fully comply with and be bound by our Legal Terms. If participants do not accept our Legal Terms, they should not access or use our Website.

In the event of cancellation:

- If cancelled before 7 days, a full refund of the amount will be issued.
- Cancellation between 3 to 6 days will result in a 50% refund of the amount.
- Cancellation between 1 to 3 days will result in a 25% refund of the amount.
- Cancellation between 4 to 24 hours will result in a 10% refund of the amount.
