In the event of an event cancellation by Exploria, full refunds will be issued to participants.
Participants are advised to arrive at least 20 minutes prior to the event venue to ensure timely
departure.

In the event of cancellation:
If cancelled before 7 days, a full refund of the amount will be issued.
Cancellation between 3 to 6 days will result in a 50% refund of the amount.
Cancellation between 1 to 3 days will result in a 25% refund of the amount.
Cancellation between 4 to 24 hours will result in a 10% refund of the amount.
